The Marketing Coordinator will assist with proposal development (RFQs/RFPs), content creation, brand management, and coordination of conferences and industry events. Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Proposal Support
- Assist in the preparation, coordination, and production of proposals, qualifications, and presentations (RFQs/RFPs)
Maintain and update proposal materials, resumes, and project descriptions - Support compliance with solicitation requirements and deadlines
- Coordinate with technical staff to gather project information and content
Content & Communications

This position provides administrative support to laboratory and field personnel, assists with technician dispatching, prepares reports and documentation, and helps ensure compliance with laboratory accreditation requirements.
