Hidalgo County and the Urban County Program collaborated to fund a youth facility that could host after school and summer programs for local area youth. The San Juan CRC Youth Facility houses the “Boys and Girls Club” of Pharr, services elementary through high-school age children and provides a much-needed outlet for the community youth. B2Z worked closely with Pct 2 staff, Urban County staff, and the Boys and Girls Club of Pharr in the design and construction of the facility. B2Z provided project management of the new 7,500 sq. ft facility from the planning stage through project turnover. B2Z oversaw all aspects of the project, including oversight of design and construction, vendor procurement, construction inspection, construction contract administration, close-out, and building turnover.
