This project is a multimodal, binational transportation plan to address challenges, issues, opportunities and needs for moving goods and people across the Texas-Mexico border. Meetings are held every two to three months including Binational Regional Steering Committee (BNRSC) meetings that include key public officials to work with the Border Trade Advisory Committee (BTAC) and TxDOT to help in the development of this master plan. Stakeholder meetings are conducted with binational public and private sector stakeholders to receive input from their perspective. Public meetings are advertised and held for all individuals to attend in order to learn more about the plan and provide input and comments.
