B2Z was contracted to provide Geotechnical Site Investigation, Boring Logs and Geotechnical Engineering Analysis / Design (Bridge Foundations, Retaining Walls, and Pavement). This project consists of the design of 5 direct connectors between IH-35 and US 59, various overpasses and underpasses (improvements) along the IH-35 corridor and pavement widening, reconstruction and newly proposed sections for approximately 7 miles of controlled access facility flexible pavement with potential for use of rigid pavement reconstruction or addition at heavy truck corridors (full facility upgrade) as well as various other improvements to the IH-35, US 59 and LP 20 corridors.
